These ten native (with a chokeberry cultivar for larger berries) trees and shrubs can be planted in the area of a parking space TIMES 2 and will start producing fruit and nuts in 3-5 years. Plant these two groupings about 30′ apart. Under each chestnut, plant the other smaller shrubs as a supporting guild.
